The house and property are a cozy place to rest and relax. Conveniently located only a little more than 500’ from the beach. The pool was loved by our little granddaughters. The walk ability to coffee shops and cafes was appreciated by our kids. There is only one thing I would issue a warning about. Bedroom and bathroom doors do not have a lock. That feature is incredibly missed when showering in a glass frame shower! Our overall experience was wonderful and we would recommend to others.

We were extremely impressed with the place. It was a nice change from the condo building experience. There is road noise when sitting out on the porch, but very little is heard from indoors (surprisingly little). The place was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the showers/baths were impressive. I can't think of anything we would change.

The property was great; I did not feel the area was super great- keep in mind that a hurricane was just in the area 6 months ago and caused devasation so I can give some grace around that. That was not disclosed and there was a lot of construction for rebuilding and a lot of boarded up places that were not terribly welcoming for the area. There was a lot of marijuana and the house sits on the main street that is used for commuting in the morning so it's not terribly quiet. The communication with the property manager was pleasant and the property is lovely on the inside; the small pool and is a bonus- although there were several days we could not use it because it turned green- but they came out to fix that. There is a view from the front porch to the beach so that was nice, but the construction noises and the traffic interrupted the peaceful view of the beach/water.
