Private: beautiful garden 800 m2 (fenced) trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 140 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. and - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 600 m, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station 2.1 km, ferry 2.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
