Large, cosy, comfortable house "Villa Passera", 2 storeys, renovated. In the resort Orba, in a quiet, sunny position, 15 km from the sea, 15 km from the beach. Private: garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 850 m, restaurant 70 m, bakery, café, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach "Les Deveses" 15 km. Sports harbour 16 km, surf school 15 km, sailing school 15 km. The owner does not accept any groups.
