The house and the pool were clean, and the place was lovely. However, we hadn’t got privacy. Owners come and go whenever they wanted, saying they needed to “fix things” (those things should be fixed before…). We asked them once to come for the gas because both the kitchen and the hot water worked with gas (they said they refilled it at the beginning). It was OK, they filled it again. But have this in mind if you go with a lot of people. On the website they say that they speak Spanish but they don't talk to much in Spanish and we have to talk in english. The owner and the person who attend us wasn't the same person. On the worst side, they tried to charge the deposit without reason (no photos or other proof) and not answering why was that. Basically, they tried to deceive and swindle us 300€.

This is a really lovely villa in very quiet development overlooking a quiet town. The owners clearly love the property, and air-con in every bedroom is extremely welcome. The barbeque area is fantastic, there's a great mix of sun and shaded areas around the property and enough private space if you want some time to yourself. For future guests, I would recommend asking lots of questions in the build up to your holiday. The villa is split into two self-contained units (very common), but the listing doesn't explain this. We booked the villa as a group of five (one couple, three single people), but the owners assumed that we would only need three of the five advertised bedrooms and hadn't realised we would need both 'parts' of the villa. It was relatively quickly resolved when we arrived to check in, but we were very grateful for our Spanish speaking friend! I'm absolutely certain that had we spoken with the owners more in the build up, we could have solved it in advance, it was just a communication mix up. The local Spanish team were also very nice to deal with and keen to tell us about Orba and the fiesta that was happening that week. Thank you for letting us use your home, we'd love to come back again!

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours au mois d’août, tout c’est très bien déroulé de la réservation à la restitution de la caution. Un grand merci à Aurélie et son papa pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse du début à la fin. La villa est conforme aux photos, bien située, la climatisation dans toute la maison est très appréciable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et on s’est vite senties comme dans une maison familiale plus qu’en location. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passés de superbes vacances, villa conforme à l'annonce. Je tiens à remercie Aurélie, Alexandra et Hans d'être au petits soins pour leurs vacanciers, vous êtes des gens formidables et super-réactifs. lors de notre séjours nous avons eu une panne de lave-vaisselle j'ai prévenu à 18h00 et à 20h00 Hans nous livrait un nouveau lave-vaisselle. nous avons eu un orage avec des pluies du Sahara et la piscine n'a pas vraiment aimée le sable, en 24h00 le problème était résolu, l'eau était translucide . Le village est très calme et la villa est idéal pour se reposer. deux semaines de bonheur " Bajo el sol y el calor España". nous recommandons fortement cette location et nous reviendrons. GOROMAVI

C'est avec grand regret que nous avons quitté cette très belle maison et ce très bel endroit. Une maison décorée avec goût, tout est tellement bien pensé, toute la famille avait l'impression d'être chez nous. C'est vraiment une maison chaleureuse, des propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse, disponibles et soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes, jusqu'à la petite surprise dans le frigo, merci !!!! La piscine tellement agréable pour se rafraichir, et se reposer. Un hâvre de paix,avec des voisins adorables et tout particulièrement Hans à qui nous avons dit à l'année prochaine, car nous souhaitons de tout coeur y retourner. Partez tranquille, vous n'avez plus qu'à vous reposer une fois sur place. Encore merci

Une énorme trouvaille sur internet, cette maison est vraiment idéale pour les vacances. Coin très tranquille, proche d'un Massymass (supérette), plein de possibilités autour (visite cascade, El Verger et ses animations, Dénia et ses très belles plages, Pégo et ses restos typiques du pays etc...) Un resto que je conseille le BB à El Verger, de la bonne viande en grillade (cote à l'os 1KG pour 19€). Un atout extraordinaire, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des proprios, nous ne les remercierons jamais assez pour ce merveilleux séjour dans leur villa, car oui vous étes chez eux mais comme chez vous, un vrai bonheur. Un grand merci à Pédro qui nous a fait la visite et l'état des lieux avec le plein d'humour. Nous sommes rentrés avec la nostalgie et les larmes car difficile d'oublier cet endroit et toute cette richesse autour. Les espagols sont adorables et toujours prèts à aider leur prochain, nous les avons aimer et les aimerons toujours. Une petite surprise nous attendait le jour de notre arrivée, un bouteille de champagne dans le frigo, nous l'avons dégustée sur la terrasse de la piscine. Pour être sur que les prochains locataires profitent aussi de ce ptit bonheur nous leur avons mis une bouteille. Il est important de savoir qu'une habitante d'Orba cherchait une villa de location pour sa fille et ses enfants et qu'elle ne trouvait rien en dessous de 1000€ , nous lui avons donné les coordonnées de cet havre de paix en espérant qu'elle tombe dans les disponibilités. Prenez plaisir à regarder les photos mais une fois la-bas vous serez émerveillés par la beauté du domaine. Je recommande pelinement cette annonce. JC, Drine et leur petit Théo.

Excellente prestation, conforme à l'annonce et logement très propre de même que l'extérieur qui de plus est de bon goût. Acceuil chaleureux, villa au calme mais à proximité des commerces. Piscine parfaitement entretenue avec contrôle bi-hebdomadaire par une entreprise.Propriétaire facilement joingnable et d'un contact très chaleureux. Très belle location à recommander à ses proches.
