Coastal Breeze is a two-bedroom, three-bath cottage located in the heart of Gulf Shores at Eastside Cottages - just one block from the Gulf of Mexico with deeded beach access. The community features a refreshing saltwater pool, and the home offers four inviting balconies: two overlooking the pool and Gulf, and two with views of Lake Shelby and the Gulf State Park.
• Vinyl flooring is featured throughout the home.
• The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, with two additional bar stools for extra seating.
• A stackable washer and dryer are located upstairs.
• The living area has a sofa sleeper for additional guests.
• The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and access to an upstairs balcony.
• The second bedroom has a king-size bed.
• Upstairs, there is also a set of twin-size bunk beds, each with its own TV - perfect for children! (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)
• A maximum of three cars is allowed at the property. Parking is covered and located under the home. No boats, watercraft, campers, or trailers are permitted.
*NON SMOKING
*MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25

The stay and cottage was really nice, the stairs are not good if your handicapped or have a hard time to walking up and down stairs. Kitchens was very few dishes kinda disappointed in that, but we made it work. But we would stay again 100%

We really enjoyed the house it was full of great amenities and the location to the beach was great. Definitely consider it again in future.

Wonderful property. Very new and built to withstand a hurricane...which it did. Lost power and water though and had to leave three days early. Very nice furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Two blocks from the beach and 1/2 mile from the best seafood on the gulf. Used the washer and dryer several times. Property is nicer than the pictures. I would highly recommend this property.
