Exclusive villa, heated saltwater-pool, fireplace, WiFi, aircon, 8 pers.

The home was very clean, and the communication with the owner was excellent. It was very nice to be greeted with food and drink when we arrived. We had a 3 year old with us, and it is important to note that there are a lot of stairs, both inside and out. There are 4 bedrooms, although the attic room does have low sloped ceilings so head room can be an issue. Also, it doesn’t have a door, and my son found that he was awakened every morning by people in the kitchen. There were heavy rains, and the roof leaked which made the bed unusable. We let the owner know and hopefully it will be fixed soon as they are very responsive. The kitchen is very well equipped. We made most of our dinner meals there after full days exploring Sicily. The outdoor space is lovely, but the weather didn’t cooperate for us so unfortunately we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or outdoor dining or relaxing. There is plenty of space to park cars, and the location is convenient for exploring east Sicily. However, you do need a car to go anywhere as there aren’t any shops or restaurants nearby. That also means that the property is very quiet, so it depends on personal preferences.

We were 5 adults, and we enjoyed very much our stay! The linen and towels were of very good quality, changed once a week. All was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and the swimming pool water always had good temperature.Antony used to come every early morning to uncover the pool and clean the garden. He was very kind. Alessandro the host was very nice too. There was a nice lunch waiting for us when we arrived!

nice property with sufficient süace for all of us

This house is the most amazing property, situated just driving distance from the beautiful Ortiga. It is suitable for all families/ groups as there's lots of space and various tranquil areas to relax in. It sports a wonderful pool/whirl pool which we enjoyed day and night. The owners were truly wonderful and very helpful guides. Having arrived 3 hours late at 1 o'clock in the morning they prepared food for us and had a fridge full of goodies. They wined and dined us on one occasion cooking us a real authentic Sicilian meal. Also included in our stay was a free massage which went down a treat! You won't find any property like this anywhere. it is truly exclusive with no hidden costs. Would highly recommend this property. Will definitely return in the future!
