De plek aan de boulevard met kilometers wandelpad was fantastisch, direct aan zee, heerlijk zwembad, ruim appartement met parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein.
Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is het fijn te weten dat er geen lift is en trap lopen naar de 3e verdieping (was voor ons geen probleem). Meubilair sterk verouderd en sober. Er lag een sigarettenpeuk op het balkon en het was allemaal niet super schoon.
