About this house rental
Stay in this beautiful 170 m² semi-detached chalet located in a very quiet private residential complex in La Cala del Moral—perfect for those seeking relaxation, great weather, and comfort while staying close to everything.
The house is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and very close to supermarkets, shops, cafés, and restaurants, so you can easily get around without needing a car. Facing west, the chalet enjoys plenty of natural light throughout the day, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The layout is ideal for families or groups of friends. On the main floor, you’ll find an enclosed porch with glass windows, perfect as an extra space to relax, read, or enjoy peaceful meals. There’s a living-dining room, a spacious kitchen with pantry, and an interior patio equipped with a gas barbecue—ideal for outdoor dinners in a private setting. A storage room is also available, convenient for luggage or beach gear.
Upstairs are four bedrooms, two of them especially spacious and with direct views of the pool. Three rooms have built-in wardrobes and there’s extra storage space, making long stays comfortable.
The complex offers well-kept gardens, a playground, and a communal pool open during the summer season (June to September), located right in front of the house for easy access, especially for families. As it’s a residential area, parties and loud noise are not allowed, especially after 10:00 p.m.
The accommodation includes a parking space—essential during peak season. Street parking is also possible depending on the season.
