About this house rental
South of the riding town Verden is the small gold village Otersen. Otersen offers a beautiful landscape with marshes, forests, lakes and the nearby All for sporting activities or relaxing walks. The Allerradweg leads directly through the place and who would like in the season the Allersolarfähre and the Allercafé use. The well-stocked village shop offers everything for daily needs and fresh rolls every day.
For families, day trips to the Freizeitpark Verden, the Heidepark Soltau, the Weltvogelpark Walsrode, or the Serengetipark Hodenhagen are highly recommended.
The large 2016 renovated holiday house offers you on 100m² of living space everything for a relaxing holiday. Next to the house is a small garden with a covered terrace, a barbecue and toys for the children.
The house has two floors. The upper floor can be reached via a well-accessible staircase. Here are two bedrooms. The first bedroom (sleeps 2) has a double bed 1,80 x 2,0 m, the second bedroom (sleeps 4) has a queen size bed 1,40 mx 2,0 m and a bed 0,90 mx 2 m, which can be taken off, so that another sleeping place is created. The full bath with shower and tub is also on the upper floor.
On the ground floor is the comfortable kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a guest toilet. Particularly noteworthy is the newly furnished living room. It offers many possibilities. Enjoy a dinner at the large dining table, a cozy evening on the corner sofa, a nice movie on the flat screen TV with the Dolby Suround facility or the chimney fire.
On the covered terrace you can enjoy the day regardless of the weather, and your children can play in the sandpit or the play tower with slide and swing.
Should you have any questions during your stay, the landlord will be happy to help you in the house next door.

Es ist schön zu sehen, daß etwas besser wird.
So ist es mit diesem Ferienhaus, wo wir jetzt zum vierten Mal waren.
Neue Betten, neue Terrassenmöbel, neues TV und so weiter.
Wir sind weiterhin sehr zufrieden und können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir waren für sechs Nächte in dieser liebevoll gestalten DHH. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich bei unser Ankunft. Der Check in und die Kommunikation lief absolut problemlos ab.
Man merkt wieviel Liebe und Herzblut die Familie in die Renovierung gesteckt hat. Es fehlt gar nichts, man fühlt sich direkt heimisch.
Als Startpunkt für diverse Ausflugsziele (Serengeti Park, Heide Park, Vogelpark, Ritter Rost Park) sehr gut gelegen.
Ein Highlight war der Dorfladen der ca. 200 Meter zu Fuß super zu erreichen ist. Frische Brötchen und auch sonst eine tolle Auswahl.
Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und empfehlen sie absolut weiter.
Die Vermieter sind super hilfsbereit und reagieren sehr schnell auf Fragen oder Anliegen.
