Our cozy and newly renovated vacation apartment, featuring new, high-quality furnishings, offers you the ideal retreat for a relaxing vacation. Spanning a total of 85 square meters, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay:
Two separate bedrooms with a total of 6 sleeping spots (1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 2 sleeping spots in the living area). Ideal for families or small groups.
A bright living room with a cozy sitting area, TV, and dining area—perfect for relaxing after an eventful day.
A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, and cooking utensils—everything you need for self-catering.
A modern bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
Bedding, towels, and Wi-Fi are, of course, included. Parking is also available.
The apartment is also ideal for smaller groups or longer stays. The price will, of course, be adjusted accordingly. If you’re interested, just send an inquiry.

Just a few minutes from the train station—perfect for guests arriving by train. The center of Soltau is within walking distance (approx. 1 km) of the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Soltau.
Supermarkets and bakeries are also within a short walking distance—ideal for daily shopping.
The popular Heidepark Soltau is only about a 10-minute drive away—a great destination for young and old alike.
Good access to public transportation as well as direct access to the highway in all directions. Hanover, Hamburg, and Bremen are all within easy reach.
