Acropolis Sandra Homes

Location was good. Close to restaurants, Ermou Street and Monastiraki Station. Large balcony.

Prefer different pillows but that's a personal preference.

I can see how this place justifies its high scoring reviews. It’s a lovely clean apartment, they’ve kitted it out with all the amenities you’d need for a short stay, so much thought has gone in to making sure everything is catered for. It has a super balcony at the top of the apartment block , on the 6th floor which means you do not get any interrupted sleep at night from late bars , revellers, etc. And to top it off the views of the Acropolis from the balcony are stunning, previous reviewers were spot on, simply gorgeous at both day and night, sitting outside with a glass of wine in hand and soaking it all up. As for location, well we thought it was perfect, your in the Monastiraki district, 5 minute walk from the metro line, about 10 minutes to the Plaka locale. If you get there late at night I’d highly recommend the Italian restaurant right across from the front entrance, we had pizza and it was excellent. And if you like your cocktails just around the corner is Baba au Rum, a gem of a little bar, quite famous apparently. Don’t worry about safety , the location is in a genuinely nice friendly area, plenty of tourists and locals milling around, never once did i have any reservations. All in all, a just 10, i couldn’t take marks off for anything. A little note for anyone, just pull the front apartment door towards you as you do the final turn of the key, before you try to push it open, just took me a couple of goes but it’s all good

Nothing to dislike

The location was perfect. Central to all the sites. We walked everywhere with ease. Restaurants, groceries, all a few steps away. View was absolutely amazing. Loved our stay.

Just minor, but hard to find place for garbage and could have used a couple more towels.

The property was very good and perfect location
