A very modern apartment with all the amenities, very secure and with easy access…..perfect for our stay to see Athens in a central location and close to transport. The street came alive at night but with sound proof windows could block out come bed time…..a perfect location, apartment and stay.

It is hard to say because everything was beyond our expectations

The property was perfect. Very new, modern, and clean. Perfectly equipped and the staff were extremely attentive and quick to respond. It was also in the heart of the city in a great location. Highly recommend.

I have nothing negative to say.

Property is in a nice location and well sized

Had a horrible time with management organising a cot for our baby! After more than 24 hours of travel, I learned to find I did not have a cot for my 6 month old baby to sleep in as I had “paid too late”, having paid the extra cot fee at the airport. I paid for our full stay up front months before our trip, and was given a link to pay extra for the cot a few days before we left. Given the chaos of getting a family ready for a big international trip, I’d left this one task late, it’s true. However I did speak to Chrysa confirming of course I want the cot and WILL pay. Chrysa apparently doesn’t respect or trust her paying customers though, as she refused to provide the cot on our first night after such a long day of travel which was most frustrating and incredibly upsetting given my baby’s exhaustion and need to rest comfortably. Obviously Chrysa was scared I wouldn’t pay another 30 euros, the irony of which being I DID PAY for the cot before we checked in! No where on her booking terms did it mention payment for the cot must occur before arrival (remember if already paid for my whole stay in full months before) Took my money for two nights and only provided it for me for one. A horrible start and seriously left a bad mark to Athens and the people of Greece
