Lovely location. Parking right outside. Spacious with clean bedding and towels provided. Easy to find and access with excellent instructions from the owner.

There wasn’t anything we ‘didn’t like’. A couple of things to mention if pressed… The shop on site has closed down and been replaced with an amusement arcade so you need to go into St Merryn for groceries. The washing machine is located in the on site laundry rather than in the caravan. A few items of clothing were found in the accommodation that had been left by the previous holiday makers. Please would you get a clothes airer for the accommodation? The washing line is fantastic but a clothes airer for inside would be good.

Falsely advertised overpriced caravan

This is a caravan in a caravan park, near to padstow.

The WiFi was not functioning during our stay, and as a result, streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube were also unavailable—contrary to what was advertised. The listing mentioned an onsite shop and restaurant, but neither was open. In fact, the shop was boarded up with a sign indicating it had permanently closed. The nearest alternative was a 40-minute round trip by car. Additionally, there was no soap provided in the bathrooms or showers, and basic essentials like tea and coffee were not supplied. We have submitted a complaint to Booking.com regarding these issues.

even though we had a map it was not easy to find, asked some locals and they pointed us in the right direction, when you have a few disabled people in your group that have mobility issues there is no parking nearby without blocking someone else.. had a hiccup with heating but sorted by second day and then it was toasty warm…

The shower was very poor, more water coming out of the hose than the shower itself. Could have been slightly cleaner,lots of cobwebs on the ceilings and lights, shower seal dirty too.

it was quite spacious, very modern and clean. The main bed was very comfortable. The owner had obviously put a lot of thought into the decor so it really did feel like a home and not a rental. Lovely location.

Loving it!

Love it here! 2nd stay. First was in May. Beautifully quiet and charmingly decorated. Everything we needed....incredibly lovely and helpful owner who answered any queries really promptly. I forgot to leave a review in May but we had an issue with the TV and the next day Chanel arranged a new TV to be delivered. We are here for another 5 nights and I feel so grateful to have found this place to stay. Beaches in surrounding area are outstanding. Site very quiet. Cafe on site and The Venue bar/restaurant/takeaway very close. I would book again without hesitation.

One night stay with some friends

Property was spotless and clean upon arrival, great location and so close to the beach, comfy beds and lovely patio furniture - Chanel was also very accommodating for us which we were very grateful for. We also loved the little touches she added like the biscuit tin and hot chocolate! :) Very happy and would definitely recommend!

Really hard to find a fault at all, the only thing I could say would be the wifi was a little a dodgy at times however we did have rain and a bit of bad weather which may have caused this.

A very pleasant experience

The mobile home (which is what it is, despite the slightly misleading name) was spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable and very well equipped and the site (once we had found it) is charmingly gardened.We found it extremely relaxing ( my wife loved the massive TV set), the main bed was very comfortable (but see below about the second bedroom) and the decor is charming. We decided we could happily spend a quiet relaxing week there!

The description of the location (which is essentially a caravan site within another site) is confusing and the failure to provide instructions on finding the caravan, which only arrived after I complained that we had not received them 24 hours before we set off to stay there, is a disgrace. This is especially important on a site with hundreds of other identical caravans--I pity anyone who arrives at night and tries to find it.My adult son also found the beds in the second bedroom, which are essentially aimed at younger children, a bit small, instructions on using the cooker would be helpful and we couldn't find a frying pan for breakfast (my only criticisms of the general equipment etc)
