About this house rental

Bring tennis rackets, surf equipment and buckets and spades for a stay at this fantastic location, a vibrant place for getaways with younger children in tow. Set out over one storey, this spacious bungalow is a fantastic place to stay with your entire family, four-pawed pals included if you so wish! The holiday let sleeps six guests and boasts an unrivalled sense of privacy, complete with a fully enclosed garden that’s tucked away and perfect for summer afternoons. You can socialise or play without having to wander far from home, finding tennis courts, a children’s playground and a bar serving food on-site.


For those who prefer to cook at home, a cheerful and liberally equipped kitchen provides all the facilities you may need to rustle up something tasty. Step through into the next-door lounge/diner, a capacious and entirely sociable room with a wood-burner effect electric fire to keep things cosy throughout the cooler months. When it’s time to retire find all three bedrooms, two colourful doubles and a bijou bunk bedroom with children’s toys, just down the hallway. Finally, French doors from the lounge present direct access to your private garden with a bright green lawn and mature shrubbery.


Whilst there’s plenty to see and do in the vicinity of the property, you won’t have to venture far to find further North Cornwall attractions. Known as the Seven Bays area, the heritage coastline around St Merryn boasts seven marvellous beaches boasting incredible surf and pristine sands. Porthcothan Beach is just 2.5 miles away and is dog-friendly for those visiting with canine company. So many visitors will adore a trip to the seaside town of Newquay (10.5 miles), a famed surfing town with an annual beach-front music festival, its own zoo and plenty more traditional seaside sights.
