This is a tastefully furnished duplex flat in the La Mora apartment complex in La Punt Chamues-ch in a quiet and very sunny location with unobstructed views. The flat on the 1st floor has a cosy living room with dining area, well-equipped open kitchen (4 ring hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher), bathroom/WC, balcony with wonderful views.
A wooden staircase leads to the open gallery, which is furnished with a double bed and wardrobes.

La Punt Chamues-ch a village with 700 inhabitants at the southern foot of the Albula Pass at 1700 metres above sea level, away from the hustle and bustle and yet in the heart of the Upper Engadine. An ideal starting point for sporting and cultural activities and events in the region. A lively, well-preserved village. The Engadine farmhouses and patrician houses dating from the 16th and 17th centuries give the village a very special charm.

Village description: Situated at 1700 metres above sea level at the foot of the Albula Pass, the village is characterised by the stately patrician houses of the Albertini families. The most striking of these is the Chesa Merleda, the Engadine farmers' and patricians' houses dating from the 16th and 17th centuries, which give the twin village of La Punt Chamues-ch a very special charm. Particularly worth seeing are the early church of St. Andrea in Chamues-ch with its paintings and frescoes and the baroque church in La Punt, built in 1680. As a centrally located village, La Punt Chamues-ch is the starting point for challenging mountain tours and easy hikes. Families with children are welcome guests. Both the 18-hole golf course in Samedan and the 18-hole golf course in Zuoz/Madulain can be reached in 5 minutes. In winter, the Müsella ski lift offers ideal conditions for children and beginners.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Nach einem Rundgang und der Besichtigung der Wohnung fühlten wir uns schon angekommen. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Einzig die doch etwas steile Treppe ins Schlafzimmer ist nicht für jedermann. Auch der Parkplatz in der Einstellhalle ist für ein etwas grösseres Auto (SUV) zu eng (zwischen zwei Säulen). Falls unser Auto nicht dazwischen gepasst hätte, hätten wir den Parkplatz wechseln können. Es waren nicht alle Wohnungen besetzt. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und werden gerne wieder kommen!
