'Colin 261'. In our house, in the house you can relax and enjoy the soul!

Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally. Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - Euro is due.
A pet bookable. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency. Per pet per booking 8, - Euro.
You enjoy a common breakfast on the wooden terrace or rather in the glazed bay window? With the sea in the background. And then a hike over the Mönchgut peninsula? Along the beach or through the forest? Or rather enjoy the day on the beautiful, bright sandy beach? In the afternoon, you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen yourself or in one of the countless, cozy restaurants serving the specialties of the island. May it be fresh fish from the Baltic Sea, or rather game from the island? In the evening you can decide whether you prefer to relax in the sauna or in the Jacuzzi? Read in front of the cozy log fire or feel the warmth of the fireplace at the top of the bay with a glass of red wine and let the day pass by together again? And in every season, because even a snowy winter day on Rügen has its own special charm.
Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed.

Ferienhaus sauber, genau wie beschrieben und wie erwartet vorgefunden. Lage ist wunderschön, ruhig, gemütlich. Stand, Radweg in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch ins Zentrum von Baabe ist es nicht weit.

Uns hat das Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen, die Ausstattung entspricht unseren Vorstellungen. Kamin, Sauna, Whirlpool sind top.
80 m Fußweg zum Strand durch den Kiefernwald - besser geht es nicht.

Haus war nicht sauber, Schlösser haben nicht funtioniert, Sauna ging ab Tag 2 nicht mehr. Bei der Benachtichtigung unter der ang. Handy nummer kam folgende Info: Ich wohne 50 km entfernt, was soll ich da jetzt tun?
Das kann man sich sparen!!!!
