The Space

This newly transformed Scandinavian style beach house is one of its kind on Phillip Island.

Situated just 16 houses from the beautiful safety beach, on the edge of Cape Woolamai National Park and walking distance to the giant sand dune, which the kids and young at heart love to slide down.

After a morning at the beach, stroll home for lunch and a siesta, let the children play in the fully fenced yard, after having a outdoor shower - hot if you like!

Then relax on the covered deck with BBQ and outdoor setting.
Please clean BBQ after use.
This outdoor area is serviced by a triple stacking cafe window, complete with Delonghi Nespresso Coffee Machine.

All 3 bedrooms have new beds and mattresses and pedestal fans and the kitchen and all its contents are either brand new or collectibles.

The living room has a new 55 inch LCD TV complete with USB ports and recording plus a DVD player with USB.

The bathroom has a small bath in the bottom of the shower, perfect for small children. A hair dryer is supplied which is located in the bathroom cabinet.

All bedroom windows are fitted with external block out blinds to keep the heat of the windows in the Summer months.

The living area is also accessed by a large triple stacking sliding door which open to create a seamless inside/outside room.

There is a new front loading washing machine in the Laundry and a clothes line is situated on the west side of the home. There are games and beach accessories which you are free to use during your stay.

This little house means a lot to us and much of the furniture is either collectable or holds sentimental value. I would therefore like to attract like minded guests who appreciate our house and it's pieces. It has been well thought out and styled and is a special home to enjoy and spend time in. We are sure you will have a lovely stay at Cape House.

Only when it suits my guests, I am always available on my mobile for any questions or assistance. We do have a caretaker that lives close by.

The Neighbourhood

It's a very peaceful street leading down to the safety beach, which is the best beach on the Island for small children.

Most of the residents are full time, so please respect their privacy.

You can walk along the esplanade to the local store in Cottosloe ave or walk in the other direction to the Cape Woolamai Supermarket, Magiclands Bar, Burnt Toast Cafe, The Burger Bar, Fish and Chips, Pizza Shop, Full Circle Surf Shop etc which will take you about 15 mins.

Other Things to Note

I would love you to water my garden if the weather gets very hot.

Minimum 2 night stay.

House Rules
Please treat our home with respect like you would your own. Many pieces of my furniture are mid century and I would like you to respect them.


Please also respect my garden and the full time residents in our street.

Max people to stay in house is 6
No loud music after dark
NO SCHOOLIES

My neighbours are permanent residents and will report any unruly behaviour to us, if any of the above are reported to us, we have the right to retain your bond.
Our gardener only lives a few doors down and is available for any emergencies.
