About this house rental
This absolutely unique house is truly amazing. The concept is that the home reflects the living experience of a lighthouse and is 12 m high with a rooftop terrace where you can almost see the world! The sunrises and sunsets are stunning!
Located only a short stroll from the iconic surf beaches and coastal reserve, you are sure to enjoy the walks and the surf.
The space
The property presents three levels:
Ground Level - Huge games room with pool table and table soccer with kid's pool table underneath.
Level 1 - Three comfortable bedrooms complemented by a central bathroom. Main bedroom has its own ensuite.
Level 2 - An open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a powder room.
Level 3 - Bar with access to rooftop terrace.
There is also an outdoor patio with a wood-fired oven and a BBQ.
The property has large fully fenced backyard ideal for pets and kids to run around.
We are now providing high-speed internet.
All bed linen and towels are provided, so just bring your beach towels!

The bins are collected on a Monday morning, so it would be much appreciated if the bins could be put out on Sunday.
Please do not remove red bar chairs from the bar and please do not leave any items and furniture on the roof top balcony ( due to safety during windy weather).

Great sized family room and a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook-in house. We also used the modern BBQ. The height of the property and views of the sunrise was fabulous though anyone with mobility issues, and or not life fit may struggle with the layers and stairs between floors. Overall loved our stay and especially the location with amazing beach walks that are very accessible on foot. We are dog lovers and are grateful to the host for welcoming pets on holiday. Great yard for it!
