Our comfortable light-filled home, 100 meters to the beach, is fully equipped for your stay. Sleeping 11 guests in 6 beautifully dressed bedrooms, makes this house perfect for a couple or two families. Separate living upstairs and downstairs with 2 kitchens and lounges.
Tidy and spacious with a relaxing balcony and downstairs gardens for the kids to explore. Take in the water views or sit out on a summers night after you walk back from the beach.

THE SPACE
A lovely neat beach home awaits you - and the convenience. You'll be so close to everything! With relaxing views across to the Ocean and San Remo shores viewed from the living room, bedroom and ensuite, you'll be relaxed as soon as you enter. The expansive open raised fireplace with copper flue will make you feel like you're camping in the living room creating a warm and cosy ambience.
All you need for a relaxed holiday and set on a large block, this brick property ticks all the boxes. Six bedrooms will accommodate 11 guests - Such a great price for a convenient lovely property!
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax.

Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath, and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this prior to your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

We had the best weekend at Cape Views Retreat. It was an ideal house for a group of friends with young kids, especially with so many toys! Can walk to Woolamai cafes/restaurants and short drive to the good beaches. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed as 2 families with 6 teenage kids. The kids stayed down stairs with their own bathroom, kitchen & lounge room complete with video games. The 4 adults upstairs with their own kitchen bathroom & lounge. A very spacious home. The beach was sheltered so there were no waves.
