Free Wi-Fi is included to keep everyone connected, and in true classic bach style, some of the family’s personal belongings may be present in the home.
Unbeatable Location
You could not ask for a more convenient spot for a family holiday. The home is situated less than 100 metres from the Richmond Heights shopping centre, making it a quick stroll to the local Four Square, fish and chip shop, hairdressers, and the Lucky Lizard bar. Plus, there is a fantastic council playground located just across the road to keep the little ones entertained.
Important Guest Information
Family Bookings Only: Because of its large size and dual-living setup, this property is exclusively reserved for family groups. Located in a quiet residential area, it is strictly not suitable for large groups of single adults, parties, or events.
Adult Limit & Guest Surcharge: To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, the property is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults, with the remaining guests made up of children. Base rates cover up to 6 guests, and an additional guest surcharge applies for more than 6 people.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
