Location and pool
Nothing was just as I thought it would be

The fact the heat pump was left on for us. And the staff helped us with late check in last office hours
Beds were a little too soft for my personal liking. Maybe more of a discount on the pools?

Access to the pools was great. Things for the kids to do. Unit was comfortable and had everything we needed.
Laundry….bring coins. And the dryer will not dry a heavy load for $4 you’ll need to do twice. By heavy I mean towels, hoodies etc.

Villa was clean, kids enjoyed the pools
Villa lacked utensils, bed was super uncomfortable, couch was even more uncomfortable. The villa we stayed in had rubbish bins and recycling right on the second bedroom wall and was very loud especially late at night when other people came to empty their rubbish. Most of the staff were friendly but there was a good handful that were terrible.
