This warm and inviting 3-bedroom home is the perfect base for families, couples, or friends looking to relax and explore everything the region has to offer. Located just minutes from Lake Taupo, local cafés, restaurants, hot pools, and many popular attractions, you’ll be perfectly positioned to experience the best of the area while still enjoying a peaceful place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.
Located within walking distance to Lake Taupō, DeBretts Hot Pools, local restaurants, and only 4km from the town centre, this spacious and comfortable home is the perfect base for your next getaway.
Boasting a large open-plan lounge and dining area, the home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms.
Bedding configuration,
• Bedroom 1 – King bed with private ensuite featuring vanity, toilet, and shower
• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 – Queen sofa bed with additional mattress for extra comfort
The main bathroom includes a vanity, toilet, and shower.
Guests can enjoy:
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Complimentary tea and coffee
• Quality hire-serviced linen with all beds made prior to arrival
• One towel and face cloth provided per guest
Please bring your own extra towels for the beach or hot pools.

The whole home is yours to access and enjoy including the spacious double garage.
We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
