This was the second time we stayed at this property. We liked how close it was to Disney and we were impressed with the pool area. The grandkids had a lot of fun swimming day and night.

First day of arrival there was no hot water no gas to cook and no heat in the home. Took photos of broken blinds and severe mold in the bathroom. After looking for days called to ask where the broom was located. Was told where and then identified it was broken and had been that way for a while due to rust build up. New broom was given. On new years eve the shooting and i am positive it waa shooting went until 230am. I was unable to sleep becUse i co tinued to xhwck on my family the qhole time. Upon check out review of the home was different from how it was left. The only photo i had to defend myself was original photo of blinds. But you could see based on photo they tried to show the blinds from a different angle. Then accused me of pulling wires from a wall. I should have done a video of my walkthrough. This seems to be a thing that is done not to return a deposit. Company charged me instaed of contacting vrbo to make a claim on the coverage that was purchased. And they say in the email they dont know what i could have purchased. I guess thw $59 and the CSA coverage papers i have is just made up. I am a travel agent and travel many times a year. This experience is by far the worst i have had.
Overall the first day sucked, the remainimg days were ok. Home was close to Walmart which i loved for that i would give 5 starts alone But the 2.5 hours of shooting in the complex took away all kudos. I would not rent from this management company again even with the 15% they offered for a return trip. Someone should add a camera to see the scam that happens upon check out inspection to keep deposits.
