L'emplacement parfait, le contact avec l'hôte, le confort des chambres, la taille du salon et de la terrasse (vraiment spacieux)

Ease of access and plenty of options when it comes to restaurants and coffee shops. The host was very informative, polite and positive person. She put some extra effort as I arrive kind of late (22:00) and she was there for me. The apartment is comfortable and quiet although close by there is a busy street. The building is in general clean and safe. Metro station is 2 min walk, Acropolis area and museum just 5 min walk.
The balcony doors are not closing properly so there is a wind through that gives you an uncomfortable feeling. Kitchen looks like fully equipped but lucks functionality and goods so practical is not usable. The sofa looks and feels like old. There was also a not nice smell coming from the toilet.
