Easy communication, everything explained to the smallest details, every room had AC, clean, neat.
A construction site next to one of the bedrooms, which, of course, is not under the owner's control. Small things: no towel hooks in the bathroom, the pedal on the trash in the kitchen is broken... nothing major, it can be easily fixed.
