Modern design apartment near Acropolis 2

Chris was super easy to communicate with, the location was great.

It was a little dated with some small things but I would still stay here again.

Great location, easy check in .

Needs cupboard/wardrobe in 2nd double bedroom, mirror in bedroom

Location is central to sight seeing, mostly walking distance. Good restaurants around.

Can be noisy sometimes. A few evenings with very noisy, ppl doing renovation? throwing stuff down the renovation tube in the middle of the night. Cars/bikes noise late at night, or early morning. Almost impossible to find street side parking. Need to find paid parking service. For showers, need to step over a relatively tall bath. Once inside the bath, not much room from the ceiling i.e. not good for tall (I am 5 foot 7) ppl.

The only positives are the air-conditioning, the location and the host was helpful arranging transfers from port and to the airport.

Booked for 6 people, each of us looked at the pictures and reviews before booking. All pictures are totally misleading as to how the apartment looks in reality (I have attached some genuine photos). The whole place needs to be refurbished, bathroom is an absolute disgrace, the toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet, the tiles on the walls are broken and peeling and overall doesnt look clean. It could have done with more toilet roll, if you were any taller than 6 foot you would not be able to stand up in the shower/bath. Felt we could not use the kitchen. It is dark, dull, and needs major updating. We have all stayed in basic accommodation before and we knew where we were staying but this place has been photographed in a way to deliberately mislead people into thinking it is far nicer than it actually is which is completely wrong. After reading responses to previous reviews, we expect a very harsh response from the host, but all above is true.
