Handy location - we walked everywhere, with plenty of restaurants nearby, including the incredible Django ice cream store. It was very helpful to have enough breakfast things for our stay, and check in and out was relatively straightforward.
It was as advertised, but the apartment felt a little tired here and there. The hot water was a bit of a faff, taking an hour to heat the tank before we could use the shower (which was then enough for our party of four).

This property is in an excellent location. Close to metro. Close to Acropolis and activities near there. Host had excellent communication and met us at the place upon arrival to explain things to us. Loved that it had a washing machine and kitchen/living room area. The terrace/veranda was also a plus. Hector also offerred to help arrange transportation to and from airport and ferry and warned us ahead of time about the 2 day taxi strike before our arrival.
The elevator was tiny so our party of 3 always had to go in 2 grps to come or go
