About this villa rental
Baia Caddinas is the famous residential area on the outskirts of charming Golfo Aranci. Golfo Aranci is situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sardinia, characterized by white sandy beaches, crystal clear sea and beautiful horizon bordered by the unique contour of the island of Tavolara and the majestic Cape of Capo Figari. The town is characterized by numerous beaches, shops, excellent fish restaurants and a beautiful Marina. The destination is ideal for families and relaxing holidays, sports (a variety of water activities and excursions). It is located just 8 km from Porto Rotondo, 20 km from Olbia and 25 km from the Costa Smeralda.
Beautiful villa, recently renovated and expanded with direct beach access in the area of Baia Caddinas – Golfo Aranci . The villa , on three floors of which the top completely renovated, consists of ground floor with living and dining area, kitchen, large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the sea and lovely garden. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms with bathrooms, 1 single room with ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms have a shower. The first floor , completely independent is composed of a living room overlooking a beautiful panoramic terrace area with great views, kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom .It has all comforts and beautiful garden directly sloping down to the beach. The newly renovated ceilings have exposed beams . The villa is equipped with air conditioning , TV, parking , barbecue area . It is located directly on the sea and is ideal to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people . Please note that the villa is rented entirely to the same group of persons so that all guests have access to all common areas (gardens and swimming pool).

We had a very nice stay overall. House is very large - perfect for two groups as the top floor is separated from the first floor/basement. View / location is great. There is a nice beach nearby within walking distance. One suggestion to the owners - upgrade the beds ; one was okay but the others were not very comfortable.
Look forward to coming back someday.

Die Villa entsprach vollständig unsere Bedürfnissen und lädt zu einem sehr entspannten Aufenthalt ein. Die Lage des Hauses mit Garten direkt an einem kleinen Strand ist wunderbar und man möchte am liebsten nicht mehr vom Liegestuhl aufstehen. Das Haus ist sauber und vom Stil her schlicht und nicht aufdringlich eingerichtet - luxuriös mit einem Bad pro Zimmer.
Etwas enttäuschend ist Golfo Aranci selbst, das keinen eigentlichen Dorfkern hat, keine wirkliche Piazza mit herzigen Kaffees. f
