The kitchen was well equipped but sufficient lighting was missing. In fact the whole home excepted the bathroom lacked enough lighting. We played a card game and needed to tell the difference between blue and green. Sitting at the table at night we could not tell the difference. However, overall the home was a very nice place to stay with wonderful porch and deck.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa da Figueirinha. The property sits in gloriously peaceful surroundings, far from the hustle and bustle but still very accessible and with a beautiful ocean view. The neighbours were friendly without ever being intrusive, the perfect balance of warmth and discretion.
The location itself couldn’t be better: close enough to local attractions, cafés, and shops, yet tucked away in tranquility. Inside, the host has clearly thought of everything: all the basic amenities (kitchen staples, fresh linens, toiletries, etc.) are provided with care and attention.
Most of all, the host was exceptional: responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a restful, beautiful retreat.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Pico. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, hell und super sauber.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist großartig. Es gibt sogar einen Verbandskasten.

Fátima offers a very well maintained house with a beautiful view. She is kind, friendly and very helpful. The house is situated in the middle of green meadows and one can relax very easily.
