This resort’s prime location on the beach in Kahana is perfect. The spacious villas are beautifully appointed. Onsite amenities include underground parking, tennis courts, basketball hoop, swimming pool, children's pool, whirlpool, restaurant and bar, beach with beach amenity rental shack, 2 exercise facilities, ohana game room and barbecue grills. The resort is within a 10-minute drive of 3 championship golf courses which are open to the public. Sands of Kahana is ideal to help create your impeccable Maui vacation. If you prefer a stay-at-home meal, BBQ right on onsite or enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities right at your fingertips. Captain Jack's Restaurant on property serves breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a great Happy Hour! Dollies Pub and Café and Miso Phat are just across the street and also offer tasty cuisine. For convenience, there are two stores nearby with easy grab-and-go deli items and anything you might need without having to go to a larger busy grocery store.
Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Very nice location and view is great. Spacious 2 bedroom corner unit with privacy and a dual master like second bedroom. Furnishings are dated but still okay. Deck and window glass has not been cleaned I awhile. And deck lounges are old. The deck was very dirty when we arrived but Sullivan had it cleaned after we contacted them. Overall very nice stay.

This unit is beautifully decorated and very well stocked with cooking utensils, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We always bring our own spices, baggies, shampoos and body soaps but there was some soaps to shower with and ample hand soaps. The unit was very clean. You can’t beat the location in the building! The views are breathtaking! Check-out and check-in was really easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! I almost hate to give a good review as we would want it to be our hidden gem :)

Beautiful views from both lanais! Until was well furnished with basic & convenience items alike, to help us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again.
