It comes fully furnished and fully stocked. Just bring your toothbrush, swimsuit, and flip-flops! Sit back with your favorite beverage(s) and enjoy the most SPECTACULAR YEAR ROUND SUNSETS AND OCEAN VIEWS IN ALL OF WEST MAUI. There are two king sized beds and two (2) sleeper sofas. This was an add on when we added two daya to our trip and couldn’t rent the week long condo for 2 extra days. What a gorgeous condo with balconies everywhere to watch the whales!! Also a great bar area in the unit. Lots of beach equipment too. Wished we could have had this unit for the whole trip!!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Incredible views-loved seeing the whales and even a few turtles from the balcony. Location is fantastic-nice pool, right on the beach, Captain Jack’s restaurant on site. Can’t wait to go back!

I gave 3 stars for the outstanding views but the condo needs improvements. We saw plenty whales, some breached the water. Huge turtles swimming in the water. The beach is very eroded so don’t plain on going there. There are many beaches around the area though. The AC doesn’t work in the bedroom. They said we would be getting a discount which we didn’t receive. There is also truly only 1 bedroom. A loft doesn’t count as another bedroom as it isn’t enclosed. If you don’t mind the AC not working in the bedroom you should be fine. It’s one on the reasons we booked there. The realty company insisted after a couple days that the AC did work but it never cooled down in there even with the fans they gave us. Yes, all windows rows and doors were closed.
