Spacious, nicely appointed and comfortable. The view is amazing.
You can hear everything on the beach. Trash trucks at 6am very noisy.

Unit was spacious and accommodating to amount of guests. Nearby restaurants, shopping, and other shops was convenient.
Unit had no A/C. Ceiling fan in master bedroom need replacement. Planter in living room is very dirty with bird droppings and feathers therefore did not feel comfortable opening window to let air in. Patio screen doors are in poor condition. No locking doors to bathroom area and sliding door did not stay in place. Guest bathroom faucets have corrosion. Transition flooring bar between hallway to living room is detached and/or broken. Roaches in kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms. Coffee machine was not the best shape and not de-scale from previous use. Very loud bathroom exhaust fans. All the pools had warm to hot water.
