Enjoy your vacation in our 2,600sqft 3bed / 2 bathrooms pool house. 1 formal living room, 1 family room, a formal dining room, and a kitchen nook: a lot of rooms to relax and enjoy. Washer /dryer, grill as well as free W-Lan and Highspeed Internet are available to be used for your conveniece.
The wellknown Robinson Preserve is nearby, you may rent kayaks there or just enjoy the great natural preserve.
The great beaches of Anna Maria Island also are nearby: an approx 7 minutes drive and you have reached the Manatee Public Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Anna Maria Summerwind!
The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.
The heated pool was so refreshing!
Alexandra is a terrific host and very easy to communicate with.
Summerwind is very convenient to everything we needed.
It's only 5 miles from Anna Maria/Holmes Beach and about 5 miles to GT Bray Recreation Center. The best pickleball and tennis facility we ever experienced!

Stunning property in a very beautiful area. This house was simply stunning it’s hard to find the words to give it full justice. Excellent value for money. Located in a stunning area with parks for exploring nearby a short drive to beaches and shops you cannot ask for better.
