This Stylish Lakefront Pool Home is located on a quiet cul de sac in Northwest Bradenton.
Relax in the sparkling pool or on the balcony!
The modern kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless steel refrigerator, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop / range and stainless microwave and granite counters.
The 2 story home offers 3 bedrooms, one of them being a spacious master suite. All baths have recently been updated. There is also a desk in the master in case you need to do some work while away from home.
The backyard is fenced to the neighbors and offers great privacy and plenty of room for your family.
Located just a few miles from the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island and a quick bike ride to Robinson's Preserve.
Fiber-Optic WIFI internet is included. Netflix app ready.
An electric pool heater can be turned on upon request at an additional charge ($190 for the first week and $20 for each additional night plus tax) and shall be ordered at least one week prior to arrival. Late notice activations not guaranteed.

Stay was amazing! Having to buy trash bags, ping pong essentials to play on the table, no tissues, one dishwasher pod, no bottles of water upon arrival, having to have all dishes cleaned and put away before leaving, used to the dishwasher being loaded prior to leaving, no advance notice of landscaping and pool cleaning individuals coming was unfriendly, no reminder or a message or email stating this. The outside shower was full of debris when arriving, cleaned out and cleared to help with blowing things into the pool. One outside chair was broken when arriving as well.

Our stay was good. The home was very clean, well kept, and maintained. One thing that we wish was better was the heated pool. We paid to have it heated. The first few days we were there, the water was warm. We could feel the warm water shooting out from the jets of the pool. Then mid way through our stay, a worker came and added more water/cleaned the pool. Since that point on, the pool was freezing cold. The jets were shooting out cool water.

House was super clean. Kitchen was very well equipped & beds were comfy. Though it was a bit cool during the few days we were there, the outdoor pool area was lovely & overlooked a small lake.. perfect for a bit of birdwatching. Location was convenient to stores, restaurants, nature preserves and within an easy drive to Holmes Beach. House access was very easy though communication with management/owner was a bit impersonal. Our booking was very last minute, however, and they were able to accommodate us in a very seamless way.

The house and pool was very lovely!! Having beach gear for us to use was wonderful!!!! Place was clean and had everything in the kitchen you needed. Our main objection to renting it again is we had to clean the pool every single day sometimes multiple times due to bugs and the yellow flower tree in the backyard. Also there was only 1 couch in living room with the TV and with a family of 4, only room for 2 people so we were not able to sit all together and watch a movie. The bedroom with the twin beds did not have a dresser so my daughter had to live out of her suitcase for the week. Over all nice place but will not be staying there again with my family.
