Welcome to this beautiful home just one mile from Palma Sola Botanical Park! Located on a dead-end street in Palma Sola Heights, this lovely home is a great resting place for groups looking to relax in a quiet neighborhood. The private pool is covered by a lanai, so you're free to enjoy a swim anytime you feel like it. Inside, central air conditioning and tile flooring come together to create a cool and comforting atmosphere. A large desk and office chair are available for guests to complete remote work. Have fun preparing meals in the full kitchen inside, or take the main course out to the grill.
This home has easy access via walking or biking to Palma Sola Botanical Gardens (a 10-acre garden oasis) and Robinson's Preserve, a 682-acre nature preserve with running trails, lookout towers, bike trails, kayak launches, and so much more! You'll stay within walking distance of Desoto National Park. You're well within driving distance to Geraldson's Family Farm, Warner's Bayou, a public boat ramp, Perico Preserve, Nel Preserve, and the Palma Sola Bay. The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and several other beaches are just a short drive away. Shopping, restaurants, and more are all within easy reach.

The property was spacious and light. They listened to my concerns about allergies (to scents and cleaners). The house did not have any perfume or chemical odors.

The house was clean and very comfortable. The property manager gave advance notice of how to check in and how to get into the property, and then how to check out of the property. The neighborhood was nice. The pool was nice, sadly it was too cold to get into it, but it would have been great if it was warm enough to get into it.

Loved the accommodations. Had a problem with the internet & TV for a day. My only negative comment is the need for a dresser in the bedrooms for storage.

We wanted a place where we could get away from all the hustle and bustle and be able to just relax and chill. Very quiet neighborhood.
