The house was first class with very good facilities. It was well equipped for what we needed and the accommodation was a good size. The kitchen area whilst quite compact has everything one needs. Each room also benefits from air con if the temperature is very warm outside. The pool and surrounds are well maintained and a very good place to sit if one want the sun, otherwise there is plenty of shaded external space. There are plenty of chairs and loungers and also some toys etc for youngsters. The property has a large orchard at the side which proved to be a big attraction for our 16 month old grandson who loved the freedom of running around in the area which was fully enclosed. It was also very easy to block access to the pool area to prevent the toddler from getting there. The property also has its own chicken run from which daily fresh eggs are available! Whilst in the middle of the island everywhere including Palma was within a 30 - 40 minute drive and easily accessible, the nearest beach being about 30 minutes away. Llubi is a very quiet small town with two supermarkets and two good bakeries and one family style restaurant. Inca a 10 minute drive away is more lively with plenty of restaurants and a wide variety of shops. The owner was delightful and was available on WhatsApp to answer immediately any questions and also visited once during the week to maintain the pool and to enjoy getting to know his guests. Clearly quite a lot of thought has gone into creating this delightful holiday property - we thoroughly enjoyed out time there.

The small pond, although hidden behind a hedge and not immediately obvious, was an attraction for a toddler and needed watching! The comfort of the mattresses did not quite match up to the standards of facilities in the rest of the property - both these are a minor observations really.

La tranquilidad del lugar. Una casa muy completa, con todos los accesorios necesarios. La piscina y la barbacoa están perfectas. La amabilidad de Ignasi es para resaltar también. Muy atento en todo momento a si necesitábamos o solamente para chequear que estuviera todo bien.

La ubicación, pero ya lo sabía de antemano. La isla es muy grande.
