A sleeping area branches off to the left, consisting of a ground-floor bathroom and a double bedroom. If you turn right from the kitchen, you enter another living room with armchairs and a sofa in front of a large fireplace. From this room, a narrow staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The tasteful furnishings make you feel at home and provide space for your travelling gear. One of the upper bedrooms also offers access to an outdoor balcony with a wonderful view. The air conditioning and heating ensure that the villa is kept at a pleasant temperature all year round, allowing you to explore the beauty of this attractive holiday region at different times of the year. Far from the tourist centres, Llubí, Sineu and Costitx offer a more medieval charm, while you can also buy souvenirs in the chic town of Inca. Olive groves and windmills characterise the lovely landscape, which offers peace and tranquillity with excursion destinations such as the Ermita del Sant Crist del Remei. You can cycle to lively weekly markets in villages such as Lloret de Vistalegre, Montuiri, Ariany or Petra. Or you can hop in your hire car and drive to the seemingly endless beach promenade of Can Picafort, which is only 20 minutes away. Due to the connection to the road network, there may be audible traffic noise depending on the wind direction, but you can drive in any of the four cardinal directions and enjoy the wonderful nature of the island while hiking, swimming and walking.
