Private: property 12'000 m2, garden with swimming pool secured (10 x 4 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, washing machine. Roofed, parking.
