About this villa rental
Modern and elegant Villa Son Calet, located in a very pleasant area between the towns of Muro and Llubí.
The house has all the amenities guests may need nowadays, with modern touches and excellent taste the entire property has been furnished and decorated with high-quality materials.
You will find the town of Muro about 5 minutes' drive away, also about 12 km from the local beach.
The house is 180 m², has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the other has two single beds and there are two bathrooms with shower.
The spacious and bright living room and dining area invite you to relax. The kitchen is large and opens into the dining area in an open-plan, spacious and bright concept where you can spend really pleasant time with family and friends.
Outside, a 270 m² terrace with comfortable and modern garden furniture, a lovely barbecue area, perfect for spending pleasant evenings in the sun and enjoying delicious meals, and its large cascade pool for endless refreshment.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- Heating optional according to consumption. (€1.26/litre)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties not permitted.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.
