About this villa rental
Summary:
A wonderful 3 bedroom villa with pool, set in a very peaceful location. Perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
The Space:
Upon entering the hall, to the right there is a staircase leading down to the bedrooms and a w/c just alongside.
Straight in front, you will find a very spacious and bright open plan air-conditioned lounge and dining area. This is complete with a log burning stove (ideal for the Winter months), and a large smart tv offering english channels on IPTV, and national cable tv (Meo), which also has many English speaking channels. There is a Dvd player, as well.
The lounge area opens on to the first floor terrace, which has a lovely sitting area, ideal for a relaxing drink or read, while you can watch your children/ grandchildren having fun in the pool on the level below, or simply enjoy the country, golf and sea views.
To the right of the lounge area their is a beautiful 6 seater dinning table, This leads through an archway to the fully equipped complete with all the necessary appliances such as, toaster, kettle, Delta Q coffee machine, oven, microwave, four gas burner, dishwasher and a 6 seater breakfast table. Through the kitchen door, and flowing from the seating area, you will find the delightful outside eating area with a glazed in windbreak where you can spend some memorable meals with family and friends. A large charcoal grill with adjacent sink provides all your require for wonderful barbecued food!
On the other side of the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and board.
On the lower level you can find all three en-suite bedrooms, all of which have direct access to the pool terrace, air-conditioning and hair dryers.
The first, twin beds (optional zip and link, if preferred), with an ensuite shower, toilet and washbasin. The second, twin bedroom (also with zip and link option), has an ensuite bathroom, with bath, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bath, toilet and twin wash basins.
The pool area has a chill area with sofa and table facing the pool, six lay out beds and 2 sun umbrellas to provide shade from the lovely hot weather of the Algarve.
The 10m x 4m infinity pool can be optionally heated for £220 per week. This has steps for entrance with depths varying from 1.20m sloping down to 2.10m.
There is private parking at this property, and a well manicured garden.

Extremely nice and just as described. Very clean and well maintained, and everything worked perfectly.
Would benefit from having some decent robust patio umbrellas for some shade, and also on the upstairs balcony - but this is a minor thing.

The villa is in a beautiful location with views towards the sea. We liked the fact that it was open-plan and completely private. The property however would benefit from some refurbishment e.g. some of the woodwork around the doorways is completely rotten. Also, the toaster didn’t work, the kettle and the grill couldn’t be used at the same time without the power tripping, and the cleanliness of the outdoor seating cushions and floors was below the standard we would have expected. If these issues were resolved, we would definitely recommend this villa and be very happy to return.
