The beach chair policy is horrible, the rooms are ok but no way 5 stars, bathrooms could benefit from makeover, breakfast buffet offers everything, but setting again is no way 5 star

all was excellent

on the beach even though I had placed my towels fro 7am on the 3 beds and opened the umbrella, and then went for sleep and breakfast and when I returned at 9:30 my towels were removed and other people had taken my seats. The beach bed man said i should have waited for him as he usually is there by 9:00. This spoiled our day ;-(

Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in, with excellent staff

We loved the staff, who were always very friendly, helpful and welcoming. And how thoughtful to welcome us with a glass of champagne and a snack when we arrived in the evening, tired after our journey. It was just what we needed. We also loved the sea-facing room, the view, the bar area near the pool, everything - I could have stayed there for the rest of my life! We will be back!

Location of the hotel with direct access to the beach and assigned sunbed to each guests room. Awesome.

Relaxing

The property offered a combination of multiple pools and the sea of Protaras exactly under the hotel. The tennis equipment was in a good condition and the gym and the equipment was satisfactory. During the dinner at the hotel the violin was very pleasant and something that its not really present in other hotels.

The bathroom could have been cleaned much more thoroughly and especially in the corners where water accumulates in the shower where mold was present.

Enjoyed the hotel location near boats, water activities and variety of restaurants. (Marcello’s, Lemongrass, etc…) It’s advisable to ask the hotel to book you at these restaurants as it belongs to Sunrise management and the food quality is very good.

Uncomfortable beds, breakfast experience below average. I found the hotel to be expensive for what it offered, especially considering it’s not very clean. (There is a bad smell in the first floor). It didn’t meet the expectations of a 5-star rating at all

For Protaras one of the best hotel

We travel with 3 small kids, and find this hotel very comfortable and family friendly. Stuff was nice and helpful, guest hospitality is on a very hight level. Kids club had good program. Breakfast delicious, with a big choice of food. We are planning to come again and would recommend to everyone!

At breakfast I found the best most tasteful gluten free bread bun! Excellent! I love the Cypriot low fat cheese (called anari) and the rice pudding and so many more on this extensive buffet.
