(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall this property is great. The photos actually dont do it enough justice! Its much better :-)
Just a few small comments to make; the blinds need updating/replacing as they didnt work very well and kept breaking. The pool was nice but being heated could also be a welcome addition. We did have to buy (and left behind of course as couldnt bring home) some bits for our 1 year old though such as a mini crib, its not fully equipped for infants.
To be honest though, these were small inconveniences compared to the overall experience. Would definitely recommend. Good location, great design , clean and a very pleasant stay! Thank you!

The pool and hot tub were awesome and a huge hit with our group! The property is close to everything you might want to do. Still very much hurricane recovery going on in the area but overall it was a great place to stay!

House was in good condition and looked as advertised. Nice full kitchen and pool area was very nice. Lots of games and puzzles for kids on rainy day activities.

Positive: Location, close to everything, short distance to the beaches. Quiet neighbourhood. Fully equipped kitchen. Grill. No visible damage after hurricane Ian
Negative: the outside area was not cleaned. Tables were dirty. Remains of parties found in the pool/spa area.
We booked this house primarily for the great pool/spa via platform FeWo-direkt. On this platform the pool was indicated as heated. On the booking confirmation from Vacasa, however, USD 40 per day was charged for the heated pool. The unheated pool was ok. But we would have liked the spa to be heated. 40 USD per day would have meant an additional USD 840 for our three-week stay. That was too expensive for us. Very disappointing!
