About this house rental
Welcome to the Gottschlicht holiday home.
For your vacation we offer you a separate country house bungalow in Bavarian style, in the middle of a large garden area. The house is located on the spring-fresh Weissach, with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains, which invites you to linger a while on a holiday at Lake Tegernsee.
Here you can enjoy your vacation in the middle of a garden area designed with trees, shrubs and flower beds.
The garden area in front of the apartment can also be used by guests as a lawn.
Since the majority of guests want an allergen-free apartment, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate animals. I therefore ask for your understanding.
The holiday house (67sqm) offers living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a spacious covered south-facing terrace with 20sqm, which in summer u. In winter our guests like to use it as an extended living space.
Our holiday home offers vacationers a central starting point from Rottach-Egern to explore the surroundings of the Tegernsee valley. For example, you can take your hike along the Weissach to the lake or into the Weissach floodplains right next to the holiday home and are thus right in the middle of the Bavarian Prealps.
Due to the central location to Rottach-Egern, all errands can be done on foot or with our bicycles, which we provide free of charge. If you still need your vehicle, your spacious parking space is always reserved for you.

Sehr netter Vermieter, wohnt nebenan.
Der Bäcker und Metzger sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zum See ist man ebenfalls zu Fuß in maximal 15 Minuten.
Wir kommen bestimmt gerne mal wieder.

Woning zag er netjes uit en is lekker ruim. De eigenaar is heel aardig en behulpzaam, je voelt je hier snel thuis. De 2e week ging hij met vakantie en konden we bij problemen hem bellen, gelukkig geen problemen gehad. Vanaf het overdekte terras heb je een mooi uitzicht op de bergen en de ruime tuin. Het naast gelegen terrein is nog één grote bouwput die vanaf het terras niet zichtbaar is en stoort daarom niet. Het geluid van de straat is goed te horen, maar echt last heb je er niet van. De omgeving is fantastisch, je kunt er prachtig fietsen en wandelen. Afstand naar de Tegernsee wandelend ongeveer 15 á 20 minuten, met de fiets ben je er met 5 minuten. We hebben een prima vakantie gehad en we kunnen deze woning zeker aanbevelen.
