We really enjoyed the time we spend at the apartment. It was clean and very comfortable. All needed things were there. Also, the location is simply great. You can reach Duomo and other beautiful places in literally five minutes. The check in/out procedure is simple and understandable. Thank you!

Great location.
Broken wobbly tap at the sink, no instruction to turn the hot water on which lead to a cold shower, had to make up our own bed, check in was complicated, couch is in such disrepair that bits of leather come off as you sit on it, had an incident where people were ringing the phone literally all afternoon.
