Great location, good connections to public transport, quiet at night. Supermarket and a couple of bars next door close, and an easy walk to some good restaurants.
A toaster and kettle would have improved the kitchen facilities.

No light ( fake window). Not warm enough. Heating on and off. Shower should be cleaned better
