Great views on the Bay. Luxury tents accommodation very well thought out. Access to beach resort downhill
Mosquitoes. Mosquito control is very difficult given location is very jungle like. Well managed in the room itself. Issue is more on the common resort areas. Would require large scale regular fumigation to keep the Big Tent restaurant manageable etc

The view is what you pay for. It is undoubtedly a beautiful view and beach.
At this price you expect much more in Thailand. Finishings are outdated and the service was the worst we had in Thailand.
