Beautiful farmhouse in a quiet hamlet (Trécelin), near Plévenon and Fréhel, less than 3 kilometers from the beaches, 2 steps from the bay of La Fresnay, near Fort La Latte, Cap Fréhel and the Breton moor . Saint Cast and Erquy 10 minutes. Saint Malo and Saint Brieuc 35 minutes.
House comfortable 250 m² (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, internet, equipped for young children and babies). Electric heating. Large living room, fireplace. Large garden, sandpit, porch, barbecue, deckchairs.
All shops 10 minutes (Super U Matignon and Erquy).
Very charming. Ideal family holiday or 2 to 3 friendly families, quiet, beach, sailing, fishing, walking.
Two hours from Paris live (2h30 with Rennes connection).

The second toilet is located in the small outbuilding less than 10 meters from the house.
