Beautiful home. Has EVERYTHING you could need/want for a beach retreat. Perfect location. Host was excellent at communicating. My kids were asking when we could come back before we even left.

This home worked perfectly for my family beach week.The kids could enjoyed the sand and sun and endless play toys while the adults enjoyed their "adulting" as well. Floor-to-ceiling glass made it easy to see kids playing outside. A wide array of bicycling choices made outings extra fun. Great kitchen and roomy common areas. Robin was one of the best property managers I have encountered.

You could not get a better view or a more responsive property manager. And, the house came with everything you could want, boogie boards, bicycles, full kitchen equipment, just everything!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were two families each with two children under 4. Here are the things we loved. **The way that the outside area is set up serves to keep the kids close. The raised sand border allowed us to sit inside and watch the kids without any worries. They spent hours playing in the sand, hammock and boat. **Unfortunately my children did not care for the ocean :( but the rest of us loved it. On our last day there we all took the boogie boards out and enjoyed the waves. The water feels cool but as soon as you are in it there is no problem. **The surrey carts and peddle bikes were a huge hit! We rode the surrey carts almost daily. We went to the Sunday's farmers market by the harbor on them and it was awesome. Got amazing strawberries and some excellent hummus. **Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. **The kitchen is really functional, very high end stove/oven and refrigerator that an offer excellent kitchen experience. We also grilled one night which was very nice. There was plenty of sleeping space, and the beds were very comfortable. Absolutely no complaints, here are some things to keep in mind when booking just so you can plan your stay accordingly. **This is a beach house, I know that sounds silly but if you have never stayed on the beach you may not understand that there is sand everywhere! Seriously everywhere, no matter how well things are cleaned there will be sand. Also the salt water will weather things and that really has nothing to do with how nice or well kept a property is. **There is natural beach tar so watch out while walking on the beach, check your feet before entering the home, it is tough to get off. ** The chairs on the deck will turn you and your clothes black if they are not covered with something. ** The library area upstairs where the two twin beds are does not have shades over the windows by the desk, we did not pay attention to this and it meant our kids were up at 5:30 on the first day, we used some pillows to cover the windows moving forward but if there is room might want to put light sensitive people in one of the downstairs rooms. Communication was excellent, check in was super easy and we would 100% stay here again.
