The home itself was nice and accommodated my family very well. A few issues I had as soon as we arrive to the home was the lack of cleanliness it looked in there, as if it was rushed. It had a strong chemical smell in the bathrooms and when the showers were turned on you can see all the chemicals being washed away. Some of the bedrooms had a strong mold / dusty smell even after leaving the windows opened during the day. We experienced the freezer breaking the moment we put two small items in there. I quickly notified them but no one seemed to actually want to come out and fix it, we ended up having to put it together and we couldn’t use it for the rest of our trip. We also found a random man’s boxers in the kids room the one with all the bunk beds, which we notified as well. For them to charge a hefty cleaning fee they should really take their time to ensure the home is ready properly. All the windows sills were black and dirty, and the garbage cans designated for our use already had two bags of garbage not sure if the people cleaning threw stuff away but it was very inconvenient as we stayed for 4 days and didn’t have enough space for our trash. Overall, the location is great. Second time staying in this neighborhood and we will continue to do so, we just hope that they take better care of their guests and where they will be staying.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful beach house. The location is great. Cute neighborhood park. The house is spacious and clean. We especially loved the large windows that let in so much natural light and the outdoor deck where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening sunsets. We loved that every bedroom had its own bath. Awesome water pressure! The upper living area was great with perfect eating and game tables. The Blackstone was a nice surprise for cooking family dinners. Beach access was good. Lots of stairs but not as daunting as they look.

This is a great place to stay if the # of bedrooms match your needs and you are good with lots of stairs. There are about 3 parking spaces in front, but they are 2 hr max from 9 am to 6 pm, so you'll need to utilize the 3ish spaces or garage that's downstairs, which is down 38 steps from the street. The only real complaint we had was that the steps from the middle floor to the lower floor have a large piece of floor molding that takes up almost half the depth of the step, which means stepping down onto it, you're stepping onto a step that's half the depth that building code specifies, creating a tripping hazard. We had 2 in our family trip going down to the lower level before the word got out and everyone learned to step very carefully there. There is, however, a handrail.The great room on the top floor is fantastic with tons of windows and natural light. You can see water and waves crashing at times, but no sand, mainly because the entire neighborhood is quite a ways above the sea on the cliff. There's beach access about 50 yards down, but the beach was inaccessible most of the time we were there (early March) with the waves coming all the way to the rocks. It's about 6 stories of stairs to get to Olivia Beach.

Sadly the property is being sold and is not well kept. Black mold taking over one of the bedrooms so not usable in my opinion. The hot tub and dishwasher are known to be broken and yet property still represented like they work. No plan to get anything fixed. As one could imagine, it was not fun doing dishes for 10 people 3 meals a day everyday! Upstairs wood floors were still very dirty and made our feet black. Window seals like they were never dusted. One room was still covered in dog hair. The house itself has great space and location. The community pool is heated and we enjoyed. Playground and fire pit also a huge plus. Met other nice visitors while making smores. 110 steps down to the beach but SO close. Still have view of the ocean too. Some of the porch rails were rotting so also made us very weary about being outside considering some other parts of the home are not well kept. So much potential and house has seen better days. I would look elsewhere in the neighborhood next time and that would be my rec to anyone considering this property.

Black mold, leaking ceilings, couldn't sleep without windows open to blunt the musty smell in bedrooms. Hot tub not working. The photos were a dream compared with the conditions of this rental. We booked based on beautiful photos, large bedrooms with en suites and a large living space with incredible seating by the windows with an ocean view. What we arrived to was moldy smell in 3 of the 5 bedrooms (we all had to sleep with the windows open to air the musty smell out). One family had all of their clothes dripped on from a leak in the ceiling after my husband showered in the bathroom above. We had to use each other's showers. We found a significant leak in the ceiling drywall, holes caused by leaky water, and large plaques of black mold. The black mold in the closet is clearly not new. Our clothes and the carpet were soaked from awful, musty shower drainage. We had to hold our breath to use the laundry room, it smelled so badly. We cleaned it ourselves because we needed to use the washer and drier for the dripped on clothes! When the local Vacasa manager finally arrived he agreed that these issues must have been there a while, but Vacasa could not offer us a different house because none were available. We had to continue to sleep in three horrible musty bedrooms. The Vacasa manager indicated that while we were told a few weeks before our trip that the hot tub was not working, that it was actually "not working for several months". No response yet from Vacasa on resolution.

The Warren is a clean, lovely house to gather our extended family of 11, with all the rooms, bathrooms, and table seating needed for good family times. We had everything we needed for cooking the meals we brought. Quiet neighborhood, great beach play and tidepools for the kids. Do be prepared for stairs in the house, and 14 flights to reach the beach, however more accessible beaches are within a short drive.

Overall, our stay was awesome. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but the house was great! It would have been helpful if it was advertised that the community pool was under construction and not usable. The hot tub was out of service. 2 main reasons we rented this house. The house was not ready at checkin time. The landscapers had dumped a load of dirt in front of the garage so we were unable to use the driveway for a couple of hours. The listing says room for 4 cars however we were only able to fit one pickup in the driveway. Even with all of these mishaps, we enjoyed every minute of our stay and will likely rent this place again. Beautiful home, great location in a cute neighborhood and beach access right across the street.

Our group of 7 stayed here for a long weekend and loved the setting - beautiful views and walking distance to the beach! The house was clean and well equipped, with plenty of space for everyone. Our biggest issue was with the fire alarms - they went off 3 times during our stay for no apparent reason. Other than that, would definitely recommend!

Kitchen is great. Don't expect much sleep if you have guest on the floor above you. Minimum insulation means footsteps sound like an elephant walking about. Also the window shades in bedrooms block ZERO light in the early morning hours. TV's in bedrooms get almost no channels and no way to see which are available to view.

Great place to stay for our family vacation. Love how close it is to the coast. You can hear the ocean when you are outside on the decks. The view is awesome. Our adult children played hide and seek in the house and had a blast. Other than carrying groceries up the stairs to the kitchen on the top level the stairs didn’t bother us much. There were a few minimal issues.. there was a broken screen on one of the windows, a little bit of sand in the hot tub when we got there, the garage opener didn’t work, but nothing major. One thing I would definitely change on the listing is the elevator. It would be REALLY bad if someone that is ADA reserved the property and then was told the elevator was NOT working. Other than those few minor things it was a GREAT time.

If you are renting this be careful if you do two payments, the second payment did not pull from my bank account. Vacasa didn’t notify me, I just got a message through VRBO that the reservation was cancelled a week before our trip. My husband spent over an hour on the phone with their outsourced customer service that refused to help rectify the situation and continue to book the property. Eventually someone from the Oregon location fixed the situation, had it not been for that kind gentleman we would have been out 1,000$ for this rental. The good: the home was just as pictured, it was clean and comfortable. All the amenities that you need for a good stay. The bad: like most other reviews the elevator was not working. Either they should take that off of the listing or notify guests prior to arrival. There was a huge tree cutting that took place our first full day, with a giant crane and multiple work trucks that boxed us in and lasted from 10-4. I spent much of that afternoon trying to contact someone through Vacasa to complain about not being notified about the trees and the elevator. After trying multiple times to get someone at the local office from the number provided on the plaque of the home and the numbers that are in the check in book, I was outsourced to someone who couldn’t help me, and took down the wrong phone number. I called back again and texted Vacasa and was told they were not notified of the tree removal (even though the workers stated all homeowners impacted were notified). The company gave us a 25$ credit for the elevator for each day we stayed. Then we went to the beach, and once we arrived to the property the door code didn’t work. My child desperately had to use the bathroom. There was no other way into the home and with the amount of time it took to contact someone through their phone tree my son had had an accident. There was no instructions about the front door key, had we had that this situation could have been avoided. Also there was no reasoning for why the code was changed. I have stayed in many different rentals and never experienced this level of frustration with customer service. I would not recommend this company, stay elsewhere.

We just love this house!! Our son is in a wheelchair and looks forward to our time at The Warren every year - there are few places that we can stay where he can reach every area without assistance, this is one of them. I love that we do not have to bring things from home to make our meals - they provide every pot, pan, or appliance you can think of and the view from the top floor is so special. Thank you for another wonderful week.

Pros: The house is beautiful, well-stocked, large and very clean. The location is great and the views are awesome. Cons: There was no hot water for the first 24 hours. I called Vacasa customer service and was hung up on twice. My wife also called and hung after after being on hold for 30 minutes. We finally found an on/off switch for the water heater hidden in a bedroom and turned the water heater on (we obviously had not shut it off). Also, the circuit for the water heater was blown so we turned that on as well. I am very disappointed with Vacasa's communication and customer service for this property. There were also ants in the house and hair on some of the towels. I recommend that they add a page to the check-in instructions that cover this hidden switch and the breaker.

My family and friends enjoyed this home for 3 nights. Everyone loved coming together on the 4th floor and the privacy of the rest of the home. The home has a beautiful view of the ocean, super close to the beach, 5min walk to the community pool which is just enough time to run home and jump in the hot tub. I would have given this home 5 stars but unfortunately the much needed elevator wasn’t working during our stay.

Very clean.(top priority) only found dust when looking for an outlet behind the couch. Great view and for those that can get down the stairs, easy access to the beach. Knocked off a star for the following: Elevator out: For someone with bad knees in a four story house, by the end of the stay I was really hurting. Communication stress: the main help line said they sent my questions to the local office. The local office never answered my questions, just added to my stress by changing the day the elevator would be fixed with us not there. (Elevator is part of the rental as this is a house not a hotel) It was never fixed during our stay, we just expected someone in each day.

House Olivia Beach is a stunning home. There are lots and lots of stairs so be aware. But, there is an elevator to access each floor. Just wish Vacasa was more human like when it came to their interactions. We asked about fees etc, and they kept redirecting. This house is gorgeous though. You’ll love it.

Everyone had the space they needed to feel at home with privacy when you needed it. The upstairs kitchen and living room was fantastic for all 13 of us to get together and eat and play games. With easy access to the beach area you were just minutes away from memorable walks and adventures by the sea.

Beautiful 4 story home with an elevator. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Top Floor has an amazing view from the balacony and large windows. Open floor plan with ample seating. Bedrooms are on 2nd & 3rd floors and are very private and comfortable but offer no view. Each has it's own bathroom. Beach access is 2 homes away via a stairway with 115 steps. There are 2 beaches with parking 5 minutes away. Did run into a few minor problems but mgmt was quick to respond and fixed it fast. Looking forward to returning! Our family of 8 enjoyed their stay immensely!

The house is lovely. Many many many stairs so be prepared. Plenty of room for everyone. The queen bedroom has a strange smell, like gas. I called immediately upon check in and was told that they know about the smell but they had the gas company check it out and it is not a gas leak and if there was an issue the carbon monoxide detectors would go off. We had to keep the window in their cracked and the door closed but otherwise everything else was great. The disposal did back up and I messaged the property and did not hear back but called them the next day and they had maintenance out right away. We would definitely stay here again although maybe not in the middle of the summer. With the access to the beach and the stairs to that access being alongside the house I imagine the traffic and noise of people walking with their families would be very distracting.

This home was everything we were hoping! Our group included 3 generations and everyone enjoyed the stay. The house was well located, only a short walk (but lots of stairs) from the beach, it was very clean and well maintained, and everyone had plenty of space. Next time we visit Lincoln City, we hope we'll be able to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful place to stay and was nicely decorated. The elevator was wonderful to have, and the pack-n-play came in handy. It was wonderful being close to the beach and nearby places to see. The only complaint would be that the kitchen was out of an item we needed, etc. We took care of that. We would stay there again.

Everything worked. Very nicely furnished. 4 floors with living room and kitchen on top floor with great space and views. The elevator was great for bringing luggage and groceries to the upper floors. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Great location between the park and the stairway to the beach.

This home was amazing! With 4 levels, there was plenty of space for all family members. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was very convenient, and there was also a half bath on the upper level. The house was equipped with everything one would need on vacation, including beach toys for the children and dog bowls/towels for pets. The only drawbacks would be that some of the bedrooms did not have locking doors, the elevator did not work, and the house could use another trash can, either outside or on one of the patios. Again, this was an amazing home ! Thank You!!
