Naples Reserve is a waterfront-living gated community designed for those seeking a fun filled and casual Florida lifestyle. Enjoy the amenities of the new Island Club with Tiki Bar, state of the art Fitness Center, Cafe, and a resort-style pool, that includes swimming lanes. You are surrounded by flawless landscaping, palm trees, fountains, walking trails, and a nature preserve that will take your breath away in this beautiful community.
Other amenities include bicycles, tennis, bocce ball, pickle ball, kayaking, hydro bikes, paddle boards, fire pit, barbecue grills, fitness/pool classes, and daily/monthly social activities at the Island Clubhouse.
Relax and enjoy a new single family home built in February 2021 at Halfmoon Point. It has all new appliances and furniture. The Master Bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake and pool and it is furnished with a king size adjustable bed, walk-in closet, smart TV and an oversized private bathroom with a walk-in shower and Roman tub.
The second bedroom (gray) is furnished with a queen size bed, spacious closet and provides a sitting area to relax and enjoy the serenity.
The third bedroom ( teal) also has a queen size bed and a spacious closet.
There is a bathroom with a tub/shower near both bedrooms and an additional bathroom near the den.
The den has beautiful French doors and it is furnished with a daybed with a trundle, desk with chair and printer, and a smart TV.
As you enter the home, you feel the warmth and coziness of a lakefront pool home. The spacious living room has a magnificent lake view, and it is furnished with a sofa and two spacious sitting chairs, and a large screen SMART TV.
The living room provides a large open area that connects with the dining room and a modern kitchen with granite counter tops and a separate sitting area. It has stainless steel appliances and a large pantry closet. The kitchen is equipped with essentials to include dishes, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.
The home also has a beautiful screened pool where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee, lunch, dinner, or evening relaxation. You will also enjoy free-WiFi, washer and dryer, and a spacious 2 car garage to park your vehicle.
Naples Reserve is only a short drive to some of Florida’s premier beaches. Marco Island, Naples Pier, Class Pass, and Lowdermilk beaches are only a short drive from the home. Our family had the most incredible experience at Carmen’s home. The description matched the home completely. Carmen was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and had so many great activities for all ages. We had guests from 4 years old to 68 and every single person said the same thing-we loved it! This home is a great location from Marco and nearby beaches. Carmen really thought of everything!

Carman was absolutely great to deal with. Made us very welcome in her home. Great location, great neighbours. All in all, very clean and spacious house. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

This newer house in Naples Reserve is wonderful. It is extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need to make a relaxing vacation. There is plenty of room with three bedrooms and an office with a trundle bed. The lanai and heated pool is perfect with a grand view of a large lake. Carmella, the owner, could not have been more helpful and accommodating.
