About this house rental
This spacious, newly built home has 3 bedrooms plus den, 2.5 bath that sleeps 7. It offers a lot of privacy due to its open floor plan with tile floors throughout the home (no carpet). The modern kitchen is fully equipped with many high-end stainless-steel appliances, quartz counter tops and connects with the comfortable living room and dining area. Enjoy 85-inch SONY TV in this area. The large master suite is privately located, it comes with a king bed and an attached master bathroom with large walk-in closet, spacious walk-in shower, and a double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and third bedroom has 2 extra-long twin beds. The futon(sleeper) in the den is a great addition for extra accommodations, this room has a desk with comfortable chair, which makes it ideal for working while visiting. There are two high speed 5G Meshes in the house to provide excellent WIFI connection. If you are looking to relax for the day, enjoy the huge, screened lanai with heated, led lighting illuminated pool and spa. It is also equipped with outdoor sectional, dining table, BBQ grill and lounge chairs. You will appreciate all the extras provided in this house for your use: printer, beach lounge chairs, towels, umbrellas, beach wagon, water sports boards, 2 adult bikes and a lot more. There are high end washer and dryer for your convenience.
Naples Reserve is a beautiful, gated waterfront community where every day feels like you're on vacation at 5-star resort, it will make you feel like you're on a private Paradise Island. This gorgeous community is conveniently located only 20 minutes from 5th Avenue downtown Naples and beaches, and the same distance from Marco Island. It is centered around a picturesque 125-acre private lake with endless amenities including a Waterfall Lagoon Style Pool, Lap Pool, Fitness Center, Latitudes Café, Live Music, Tiki Bar, Lakeside Fire Pit, the Island Club Community Center, Beach Volleyball, Bocce Ball, Basketball, Tennis and Pickleball courts, Kids Play Park. There are two dog parks, water equipment rental like Paddle Boarding, Kayaking available to all guests, free of charge. We are just a short drive to Marco or Naples beaches & downtown. Five-minute drive to two public golf courses.

It truly was a great vacation, and your home provided a beautiful and relaxing environment for our stay.
First and foremost, the property itself was absolutely stunning. The attention to detail and the overall aesthetic of the home were truly impressive. From the tastefully decorated interiors to the well-maintained outdoor spaces, it was clear that a lot of care and thought had been put into creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
The amenities provided exceeded my expectations. Everything from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces and comfortable bedrooms made me feel at home.
The location of the property was also ideal. The tranquil surroundings and picturesque views added to the overall relaxation factor. It was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
I would also like to commend you on the excellent communication and customer service throughout the entire process. Your prompt responses to my inquiries and your willingness to accommodate any special requests made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.
Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of my stay at your rental property. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation experience.
